Prince Eric
(from The Little Mermaid)
Okay, so Eric is great and all but he definitely had one of the most boring outfits I have ever seen a Disney prince wear (I think). Eric is super awesome, a talented sailor and clearly will fight for whatever he believes in. He is also brave and willing to risk his life for the sake of others. Good on you, Prince Eric.
So as stated above, he has a pretty boring outfit so I decided to make it more… pirate prince-y? I kept his sash but ditched the original color of his pants for something a little more green/blue. For his weapon I decided on a hook sword that resembled a fish hook because it’s nautical right? Same reasoning behind his harpoon gun as well. He doesn’t have as much armor on because I can only imagine all the climbing and movement needed on a ship!

Another sketch to final progression! As well as two rejected designs for Meg that I sketched up.
Megara
(from Hercules)
Hey guys! I’m drawing more Disney warriors again! And who better to start off my new round of Disney Fighters than the fierce, Greek princess, Meg(ara)!
I love Meg. She has the absolute catchiest princess song and is sassy as hell. She’s strong, clever and is taking absolutely none of your shit today.
For her design I retained her main dress but added some armor and leather straps so she can kick some ass. She has a long ranged double ended spear so she doesn’t need to get too close to deal out the damage.

as a continuation of my Disney series from before. And I’m not sure listening to the soundtrack while I draw is as productive as I wanted it to be since I keep stopping drawing to sing.
Or rather, do I want to cry or cry a lot?
EDIT: I WATCHED TOY STORY 3 AND I CRIED. A LOT.
Apparently Smosh.com gathered a collection of badass Disney characters and they used one of my drawings. Which is great and all, but when you click the “source” button it leads you to a search for the tag “badass disney” on deviantart. Way to go guys. In fact a lot of the “source” links are just links to generic sites like pinterest and google. Jesus, guys… come on.
Also good thing I’ve started putting a link on the drawing itself so when people do crappy sourcing on them I don’t end up on the short end of the stick.
